Know a little more. Take a more informed next step.

Explore simple tools to prepare for a conversation about your health. You can see a basic result without submitting your name or mobile number.

Choose your tests

Select one or more tests, then continue. You can change or clear your selection at any time. Each test has its own questions and its own result, and they are never combined.

No tests selected yet. Choose at least one.

Results are estimates or screening information, not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation or eligibility decision for any medicine. The diabetes, calorie, waist-to-hip and waist size tools are working drafts and need CCL medical approval before launch. BMI and waist size use the WHO reference points for Asian populations.

How BMI is read for Asian adults.

WHO public health action points for Asian populations, for adults aged 20 and older, in kg/m². Categories are labelled in words, not colour alone. BMI is one part of assessment. [22]

WHO keeps the international categories (overweight from 25, obesity from 30) for comparing countries. Your clinician may use either, alongside your waist size and other health information. [22]

Where to measure for waist-to-hip ratio.

Use the same unit for both measurements. The ratio compares waist to hips and does not diagnose a disease. Your healthcare professional can show you the approved way to measure.

WaistHipsWaist divided by hips

Need help interpreting a result?

A number can be useful, but your questions matter too. Talk to a healthcare professional about what your result means for you.

When to speak with a professional.

Speak with a qualified healthcare professional if

  • You are worried about your weight or your health, or you want help understanding a result.
  • You have thirst, frequent urination, blurred vision, unexplained weight loss or persistent tiredness. These need an assessment whatever a website score says. [14]
  • Diabetes runs in your family, or you have a health condition or take regular medicines. Do not stop or change a medicine without speaking to your prescriber.

Seek urgent medical care for

  • Chest pain, severe breathlessness or fainting.
  • Any severe or sudden symptom that worries you.
  • This website and its forms are not emergency services. Go to the nearest hospital or contact local emergency services.
